红烧肉豆角焖面

配料:
五花肉半斤、豆角一斤、面条半斤、盐适量、鸡精少许、白醋少许、老抽适量、八角一个、冰糖六粒左右、料酒适量、葱一棵、姜两片、生抽适量
烹饪步骤:
1.把豆角掐去筋衔,掰成小段洗净备用。

2.准备好五花肉和面条,葱切小段、姜切片。

3.锅中添水,冷水放入五花肉煮开后,捞出过凉水沥干水分。

4.另起锅倒入适量油烧至五成热,放入冰糖用小火慢慢融化。

5.再放入五花肉翻炒至挂上糖色。

6.滴入两滴白醋,倒入生抽、老抽、料酒翻炒上色。

7.放入葱、姜、八角翻炒均匀。

8.添入适量清水,因为面条会吸水,所以水量多一些,大火煮开锅后转中火炖15分钟。

9.再放入豆角继续炖煮20分钟左右。

10.把豆角炖到八分熟后,调入适量的盐和鸡精翻炒均匀。

11.把面条均匀的铺在上面,盖上锅盖中小火闷炖,一定要保持锅中的汤汁足够,要不面没熟菜就糊了。

12.当锅里的汤汁收干,面也熟了,把面条划散和豆角一起翻炒均匀就可以出锅了。
